Do you want some soup?
Can you tell us why Justin Bieber? Why Miley Cirus? I mean, seriously... Okay, I know, everybody needs HIS music... But that is not music... That's.... weird. On one hand, we've got Justin Bieber, a sixteen year old music superstar... Wait a minute... SIXTEEN?! Hum... I think, like all the other jobs, working in entertainment needs some work and skills... And don't tell me that lyrics like: “Ohhh baby, baby, baby, baby, baby.... Ohhhh, baby, baby, baby..... etc” or: “Heee yeah hi yeah hi yeah hi yeah... It's party in the USA...” are deep... or even interesting. Okay, to be honest, they know how to sing... Well actually, my neighbour sings well too. Is it a reason to put him on the spotlights just because, he puts his video of him singing on Youtube? Or just because she plays in the Disney TV “crappy” shows? Is this THAT we call talent? I don't think so...
But what surprises me so much is that they have FANS! Or sheep... whatever you want to call them. And that's what I can't understand, is that people like them! Moreover I can understand that kids feel very enthusiastic towards them. But... come on... once you are twelve, your music taste evolve, which is not the case for Justin and Miley. And you have some deep and serious questions to ask yourself like: “What am I listening to?!”
But let's be nice to them. It's not completely their fault. Actually we've got two teenagers taken over by music labels and majors which take profits from their success. A success that they do not deserve. Labels created them to be what teenagers want to see nowadays. For example, have you ever asked Justin's or Miley's fans why they like him/her? The answer you will surely get is: “Oh my Gooooooooooooooood! He's so cute!!!!! I want to marry him!”. Or “If I have to lost my virginity, I want to lost it with Miley...”
To conclude, it's incredible to see that labels and majors, make their young stars working more than an average teenager, to make crap... (Or soup if you want to be polite, like a good fan of Justin and Miley).
