English press' readers are wondering about the earthquake survivors. Miracle or manipulation ?

Indeed, Jenny Booth's article brings us to worry about the miracle man. Evans Monsigrace is believed to have survived on water and fruit for 27 days. Is it possible ? Yes he can. People have already fasted for 90 days just on water. So if he had an acces to water and no injuries it's « really easy »... Why such mediatisation around this isolated case ?

Haïti's situation is critical, more of 212 000 deaths and how many wounded persons ? But hope never dies.

In the one hand , medias used Evan's story to carry hope messages. It's not just amazing that he survived, the amazing fact is that they found him !

In the other hand, we can think that medias are doing this only for money. It's strange because the survivor's moustache and beard should have grown more than that...

To sum up where is the truth about Evans Monsigrace and more generally in Haïti ?
