Struggling hard in life, Mr. Gonzalez Grégoire has almost achieved his goal. He has his own plumbing factory in Toulouse and yet he is not satisfied of his work. He was himself a plumber long time ago and he has done a deep study on the system of plumbing to find a solution to make the workers' task easier on the working field. Then he thought to commercialize this project and also help other people. He spends most of his time in this workshop working on his baby project and tries to improve this product.

What is this project for?

It is to reduce the time taken to buy the spare parts one by one. As it consists of 180 parts needed to make a full plumbing system. Sometimes the spare parts are not really matched and are relatively very difficult to use.

So I have decided to create and manufacture new parts that are almost the same as the existing one to make a perfect installation which also dramatically simplifies the work in this domain.

What motivated you to create this project?

My entire professional life has suffered from using spare parts that does not exactly match to my need. There was always a problem to find the part that is missing. This made me wish to update and improve the work.

Have you encountered any problem?

Very big problems. The manufacturing industry has cost a lot of money around 200 thousand Euros which is just to implement new manufacturing parts non-existing to date.

Were there any projects before this one and also in the near future?

Before there was the project to set up my own plumbing factory. Then some new strategies to help me to work more easily and quickly. The new product is the result of my first thoughts. I never felt that I am inventing a product but that I am simply improving the people's quality of life who work on the working field or plumbers.

Today, the project is almost done but there will be a constant improvement to refine the product.

For how long have you been working on this project?

This took me one year and six months as I have to do a study on the already existing parts of plumbing.

How much time is it going to take to install this new system?

Around four to three hours. Anyone can do it as there is a manual to help and all the parts needed are already in.

When are you going to put it in the market?

It is scheduled for the begging of the year that is, the first January 2009 only on the French territory for now only. I have already contacted the store of large distribution specialized in plumbing in France.

The commerce will extend largely by the main point of sales as I have a contract with European Protection for only 34 countries.

How much is it going to cost?

For the public it is going to be 400 Euros.

Have you any investors helping you in developing the project?

For the moment I do not have any investors and I have financed my project myself.

Why?

This project was in the dark for a long time. Now there is some people working on the plumbing field is interesting. I am just waiting for the right occasion.
