6/12/09, 15 countries will talk about the environment. The main topic, at present, is the

emissions of carbon dioxide.

A lot of countries engage themselves to decrease their consumption of 20%. The problem is

China, this country is increasing and they must use all the combustibles they can, and their last

worries, are the carbon dioxide. They use a lot of coal, and this one produces a very big quantity of

carbon. So the 14 other countries in the climate conference want to find an other means in order

to feed the Chinese factories.

One other point, is the increasing of the renewable energy. Denmark shows the example, indeed

“The proportion of renewable energy in Denmark is to be increased to 20 percent in 2011. In 2020

the proportion is expected to be 30 percent.” (http://en.cop15.dk/climate+facts). In 2007 just under

17 percent of the total energy consumption in this country came from renewable sources of energy.

Hoveover, the agreement means that the proportion of renewable energy is to be increased to 20 percent

in 2011and in 2020 the proportion is expected to be 30 percent – the EU target is 20 percent.

At present, the cost in energy of a Solar panel is bigger (and comes from nuclear factories) than the

energy which it produces his whole. The scientists are working about this problem, and the

news solar panels are better, but the earning in energy still ridiculous.

The number of wind turbines is increasing too, and the Europe is the principal user of that. In 2005,

Germany has produced 18100 MW, Spanish : 9825 MW and France : 760 MW. The number is all

the time increasing, and recently Spanish has tempted an exploit, in one day, this country has made

50% of his daily energy. We are in the right road, soon, the win would replace the nuclear and the

coal, in any case, I hope for it .

Water is a real possibility too, and more and more countries are making watergates. The strength

of the water is powerful, and since the firsts buildings of the human, the water was used, they have no reason to abandon that. On the contrary.

The problem is still the transports, we can't place a wind maker on a bus, so scientists must think

about the little consumption, not only the centrals.

The last problem is the cow, if we arrive to stop their intestinal problems, the planet could find her

past purity.

So, at first, the Chinese, at second the centrals, at third the cars, and at the end : the cows! The road

is long... but, yes we can!
