Shame on Church !

These last weeks, the scandal strikes the Roman Catholic Church. Indeed, the brotherhood is sadly associated with cases of sexual abuses on young children. A lot of affairs were revealed in the tabloids to the big despair of the pope, the guard of the integrity of the Church.

After Germany it is in the tour of Ireland to be covered with shame. The pope asked for the dismissal of some bishops involved in this story. Moreover the pope tells victims : « I am truly sorry ». This letter will be read at Catholic masses in Ireland. Split into sections, the letter addresses victims, Irish bishops, abusive priests and parents. "There has never been a letter like this," said the pope's spokesman, Father Federico Lombardi. In the letter, the Vatican apologizes for acts committed by bishops irelandais but in no way the pope says to himself person in charge. Recently, the Pope has accepted the resignation of an Irish bishop found to have mishandled allegations of clerical sex abuse in his county Cork diocese.

Some emit the idea to let the bishops have a sexual life. But such a project would question all the Catholic system and the oath of chastity that one account the oldest. Nevertheless chastity is completely a part of this profession and nevertheless bishops one chosen.

It would be possible that this mediatization brings the other victims to speak.
