The new Argentine educational scheme for better one equality of opportunities in Middle schools.

The President Cristina Fernàndez de Kirchner led a rally to introduce a new educational scheme based on the use of netbooks for children at technical, public secondary schools. Several public offcials attented the meeting that led to explain her project. The scheme was financed by the Anses National Administration Social Security and backed the Education and Planning Ministries.

The netbook is a very short computer in the perfomances more low that a classic ultramobile, and sold cheap. The Hade of State presented the netbooks as a new allowing educational tool one better equality of opportunity between the pupils. The name of the educational plan is : « Conectar-Igualdad.com.ar ». the President insisted on the fact that a child who has the capacity to use a computer could be qualified for two things: that being constant in his or her activity and that of having abstraction power. This scheme will enable a new mode of education for both school students for their teachers. Be given some confidence to students who complete their fifth year. They are allowed to bring the computer home. The President has already fought for equality of Argentines and equality of opportunities.
