When a Sir loses his phlegm
Sir Alexander Chapamn Ferguson, popularly known as Sir Alex or Fergie, is a Scottish football coach and the actual manager of the famous English club : Manchester United made recently the front page of some tabloids. Can we imagine this knight of the Queen would have been faced on the touchline ban ?
During the match Manchester United – Sunderland (2-2) on last saturday ( the 3rd ), Sir Alex triggered off a debate and made the scandal real in all the English newspaper. This affair made trembled the entire sport world. The FA ( English confederation ) asked some explanations to Fergie after his criticisms concerning the referee of the match. Yesterday, in Old Trafford he said « I was disappointed by the referree. It was not as high as a match of this importance. The rhythm of the match demanded a referee at top. He wasn't. So he penalized our game. »
At the beggining of August, the FA announced that it would punish any negative purpose of a coach, player or dirigeant on the referee, before a match and that it would be more strict against the players putting pressure on the managers of game during a match.
Ferguson moaned : « I don't think he's fit and that's an indictment to our game, Refs abroad are as fit butchers' dogs. »
He should be more calm and more self-controlled; now because of his words, the FA not much appreciated his act. We don't know what's going to happen in the next days, but the FA is going to analyse these criticisms and will see if there is a need to punish someone in the affair. Ferguson risks to be kicked out of the soccer world.
