U.S. President George W. Bush and President-elect Barack Obama met in the Oval Office of the White House, on the 10th of November.

Mr Obama saw for the first time in person his future place of work. Just 10 weeks before he will make a turning point in the American history by being the first black President. While Mrs Bush showed the new first lady the White House, their respective husbands spent an hour talking.

They discussed about the changes that will occur. The two men are aware that their personalities are considerably different. This will demand a delicate coordination. Neither man was expected to issue any extended statement after the meeting. Mr Obama doesn't plan to attend the financial summit.

John Bolten, the president's chief of staff, said : « I'm sure each of them will have a list of issues to go down » during a televised interview with reporters from The Associated Press and The Washington Post. He added : « But I think that's something very personnal to both of them. I know the president will want to convey to President-elect Obama his sense of how to deal with some of the most important issues of the day. »

From what we saw, there seems to be a good relation, they act friendly. This proves that tensions are inexistant. Does their body language hide a personnal reflexion that they refuse to show?
