The quest of the press
What is it all about?
Well actually it is all about time. Time is gold in our press system. Not only beacause it is obviously one of the main goals in journalism. But certainly because one way or another, time is money. Since the press is kind of « controlled » by several industries it has now become a real factory. And the last « best » example we have is Haïti. Where reporters for CNN were already « live » few minutes after the earthquake. And do not think that it is only a meticulous action, itis most of all a money issue. The first on the subject always win the jackpot and I believe that it is not very ethical. But realy, in all history, which quest has never been unethical...
